Summer Update. The best thing that happened this summer is the birth of little Abigale Laree Potter, June 08, 2009. Here is a picture of Abby on her blessing day August 09 of 09. We were excited to be part of the blessing and celebrate Abby.

Free kittens! Here is a little snapshot of the two orphans I have been bottle feeding. They should be ready for a new home by June 1. I will tell you the whole story when you come to pick one up. Both are very cute and would love to be your best friend.

While in the Burkeshires we drove to Albeny New York to see the tulp festivel. The flowers were beautiful but I thought there would be a whole lot more, more flowers and less festivel.

The wonders of a vacation. Wayne and I went to visit Alison, Curtis and Carson the first week of May. After two days at their home and helping them complete a home improvement project, we went off to the Burkshires. In case that is not a hot spot on your radar, the Burkshires are a mountain range in western Massaschusets. Well they are so called mountains anyway. We spent a week at a sky resort area. We hike, played tennis, swam and saw the local sights. It was wonderful! I loved being with the Andrews and just spending time together. Carson is a treat.

Last fall Sam played in the USU band. He of course played one of the drums. It was a lot of work but they paid him fairly nice (cold hard cash) to share his tallent. He had an scholarship so the music department offered $$$ for drumming.

Vola! A new faucet. Andrew replace the faucet in the main floor bathroom. The one of many home improvement projects we will be working on in the next few months. They don't know what lies ahead.

Pepper the snow cat. He will chase through the snow just like the dogs. Pepper just loves me.

It is COLD. We got about 10 inches of snow in the last 2 day and are expecting more on Thursday. Hear is a little view of our front yard.

On September 26 Andrew had brain surgery to help control seizures. This is a picture of the Doctor's handwork. Get this the Doctor's name was Dr. House. The stitches look soo much better now, three months later.

New Year 2009

This is Brooklyn Christensen--our little granddaughter.
I will attempt to do better at keeping this blog updated. This is one of my goals for 2009.

News for Jan 09
The biggest change is that Clinton has moved to Greensburg, PA. He will be starting physicians assistance school starting Jan 16. Clint, Lisa and Tyler are a big part of our lives and will be missed!!
I have started selling items on Quiltedbear.com along with my booth in the Ogden store.
I have talked Wayne into tearing apart the kids bathroom and redoing the floor and tub surround. We are updating some of the pluming and light fixtures.
